With over 25 years of experience as a CPA, I bring the financial expertise our city’s Finance Office urgently needs. Now more than ever, we must have a qualified professional managing our city’s finances. The 2026 comprehensive budget highlights a troubling lack of long term financial planning, Saratoga Springs simply cannot continue to operate on a year-to-year basis. 

We need a clear, forward-looking financial strategy that ensures stability and sustainability. As Finance Commissioner, I will provide full transparency into the city’s financial position and educate both the City Council and the public on how today’s decisions impact our future. 

My top priority is to establish a long-range financial plan that supports responsible growth and secures Saratoga Springs’ financial health for
